    I do hummus in my salads too. 😊 I usually dilute it with some apple cider vinegar and some spicy mustard. It’s perfection. 👌🏻

    Do you have any thoughts on how all these vegans are coming out as not vegan anymore, and it usually has something to do with them being raw vegan for part of their vegan journey? I just personally don’t understand how being a raw vegan can be sustainable or healthy, do you have any studies of long term effects? Eating only what 9% protein really can’t be good, right? I’ve tired raw vegan for almost a whole summer a few years ago and it was fine but I was always hungry. I always see your videos pop up and I’ve followed you for a while (especially when I did the raw life lol) but I was curious on your take on these bigger health matters! 🍓😊

    The salad looks appealing and that energy bar! I’m kind of sick of so much fruit.. These days I can’t eat more than 2 bananas or some nectarines or some grapes each day.. Some days I just prefer eating no fruits at all.. I eat only 1500 kcals/day so I prefer more seeds and tofu /yoghurt to keep me satisfied and reach my nutrient target 😊

      @The Vegan Solution I can’t digest so well fiber or mixing too many ingredients. I have to be careful what I eat. I’ve been struggling with eating disorders for many years and now I have digestive issues 😔. I’ve tried high carb high raw high fiber diets but I felt so bloated. Now I keep it under control with a higher protein and fat diet. I feel fool for a longer time and don’t feel like snacking all the time, that made me even more bloated.

    When summer hits I plan on eating whole watermelons when they get cheap. I don’t like winter fruit that much oops

    Also with your salads. How does 1-2tbsp of hummus spread throughout a salad that big?
